Search Engine Optimization Specialists 

Job Description: The overarching goal of an SEO Specialist is to drive more traffic to a website and improve the ranking of an organization’s content in search engines by analyzing and reviewing websites and implementing changes to those websites through better search strategies. Who you are: SEO specialists identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of visitors to a website and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines. By generating more leads for the business you'll open up new opportunities for driving growth and profit. What you’ll do: •SEO Strategy Development & Ongoing Performance Improvement for Primary Accounts •Oversee SEO strategy •Support business development, research, and brand strategy initiatives with SEO expertise Key Responsibilities Include: •Create development plans for all assigned direct reports to ensure they have a clear path for development and training plan •Develop organic strategies and roadmaps for primary portfolio that focus on client goals and opportunities. •Provide input and oversight into the creation of organic strategies and roadmaps for secondary portfolio (portfolio of direct reports). •Provide strategic counsel and recommendations to clients and internal team on opportunities for expansion, new tactics, and strategic shifts. •Present findings and optimizations to clients in a clear and easy-to-understand manner •Accurately develop, implement, and manage successful client results, demonstrating revenue/lead goals, efficiency, and volume to ensure high profitability and quality traffic generation. •Continually evaluate the effectiveness of performance by performing keyword research, website performance analysis, gap analysis, competitor analysis, comprehensive content and technical audits. •Ability to provide strategic SEO consulting, roadmap creation, and execution for the largest and most complex SEO clients in Adept’s portfolio. •Ability to delegate tasks for primary portfolio as needed to ensure direct report(s) maintain(s) a reasonable workload, and so the Manager maintains an ability to provide oversight and strategic leadership. •Collaboration with paid media, conversion optimization, content, and other departments to develop holistic strategy recommendations. •Support the creation and maintenance of SEO process documentation and templates. Pay Per Click Strategist

Job Description: A PPC Strategist is continuously monitoring changes in ad trends and internal analytics to optimize ad spend. Their daily responsibilities may include Delivering PPC campaigns to the most relevant and effective networks, based on analysis, monitoring, review and active decision-making. Who you are: As a PPC strategist at Cerebral Corridors Inc., you will get to do more than just create Internet-based ads. You will be responsible for overall paid strategy in ensuring good traffic from ads to websites and webpages while carefully monitoring budget and ad spend. Key Responsibilities Include: •Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing team to close gaps and complete tasks as needed. •Communicate with clients directly, when needed. •Compile data into reports for clients. •Assist with research and compiling data for proposals. •Set up meetings with clients and on occasions, facilitate those meetings. •Manage multiple PPC accounts, which will include Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. •Keep up to date with PPC best practices, keyword research, and industry trends. •Deliver results to our clients, while be transparent and honest. What we look for: •Have extensive knowledge of the Google Ads platform. •Experience managing an MCC account. •Know how to set up and run a Google Ads account from scratch. •Have experience managing a Facebook Ads Manager account. •Know how to set up and run a Facebook Ads campaign from scratch. •Strong organizational skills required. •Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. •Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once. •Multitasking and analytical skills. •Strong communication skills. •Google Ads certified is a plus. Social Media Specialists

Job Description: Social Media Specialists are responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. Who you are: Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers. Key Responsibilities Include: •Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification •Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action •Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content •Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community •Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules •Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information •Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions What we look for: •Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist •Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills •Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge •Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO •Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels •Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability Benefits: Medical, dental, vision & pet insurance, PTO, parental leave, flexible schedules, paid holidays, summer half days, team events.

Email Marketing Specialists

Job Description: Email marketing specialists manage initiatives which are designed to spread knowledge about particular offerings by companies. Email marketing specialists may work in virtually all sectors of the economy, including the food, beverage, and clothing industries. Who you are: Demonstrate the ability to create accessible, engaging, and memorable texts. Ultimately, an outstanding email marketing specialist will remain abreast of technological developments that facilitate the dissemination and monitoring of campaign features. Key Responsibilities Include: •Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services. •Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects. •Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template. •Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling. •Develop an email drip campaign strategy. •Include specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions. •Review messages for brevity. •Send messages to those who have opted in for messages. •Ensure messages are mobile-friendly. •Create database of emails for lead generation. •Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs. •Include persuasive 'call-to-actions' in advertisements and promotions. •Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns. •Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns. •Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.
